Within the System Center family, our team is actively building the next generation of Windows management capabilities. We are looking for a program manager that has a good understanding of the corporate enterprise space and has a history of shipping great software. You should be comfortable with large, complex systems involving tens or hundreds of thousands of interacting computers, highly available 24 x 7 operations, and with the needs of IT Pros. In this job you will be responsible for working with many different product groups in helping define the all-up Microsoft strategy for the enterprise client, and in doing so will manage complex technical issues and dependencies.

Configuration Manager is rapidly becoming the hub of partner solutions adding enterprise value for our customers. This trend is taking off within other Microsoft product groups and well advanced in our Systems Center partner community. We're looking for a Program Manager to take these opportunities to the next level and drive the technical integration strategy for Configuration Manager. The job will require a broad range of skills including defining an extensibility strategy for the team, managing partner communication, and ensuring SDK designs match the defined business goals.

Candidates should have a proven track record in developing and shipping software, delivering on objectives that require cross-group coordination, strong written / verbal communication, and a passion for customers and driving customer feedback into a product. Recent experience in programming is a plus. BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred
