Comsumer Windows Lead - C&O Job

Key responsibilities for the Windows Consumer Lead include:
1. Lead the Windows Consumer Campaign v-team for the region including Windows Client BG, OSG (Online Services Group), OEM, E&D (Retail Segment), PR, marcomm, and the SMS&P Unmanaged Lead.
2. Own the strategy for consumer marketing and sales including the areas of:
Windows FPP (boxed retail product)
Oversight of local retail, telco & OEM direct plans to the consumer audience
Internet Explorer
Microsoft Security Essentials
Windows Anytime Upgrade
Windows Genuine Advantage
Electronic Software Download (where available - via www.windowsmarketplace.com http://www.windowsmarketplace.com>)
3. Develop direct relationship marketing programs to consumers.
4. Develops and maintains relationships with the Mobile, Online, Marcom, and C&O Compete groups to define and drive business strategies.
5. Sustain Windows 7 leadership and coordination with the SMSG Windows BG lead.
6. Define and drive the cross-team consumer ROB process, including sharing of best practices. Own final responsibility for meeting the financial goals and ownership of analysis and reporting of performance to geo and corp leadership.
7. Attain Windows consumer scorecard targets:
Requirements :
6 - 8 years experience working in consumer and/or online Marketing BA and/or MBA is preferred
Ideal candidate will have prior consumer marketing experience, ideally of technical products such as PC HW or SW or consumer electronics products
Must have lead v-teams or project teams in the past
