Are you ready to help us bring parallel computing to the masses and allow scientists and engineers to solve problems with Microsoft HPC technology at a whole new scale of size and complexity?

The Interactive Supercomputing team in the Technical Computing organization is looking for a Senior Development Engineer to take responsibility for two areas of development - a new IDE/visualization tool and an existing framework that supports the testing of library functions. You'll participate in specification, design and integration of the parallel programming IDE and Visualization environment and will be responsible for implementing its major features and integrating them into Visual Studio. You'll also help the Test team maintain the automation test framework that executes hundreds of thousands of tests daily. Apply your UI design, visualization and automation skills while broadening your knowledge of Windows HPC Server and other cluster computing technologies. Work on a highly motivated team that includes the developers that pioneered easy-to-use parallel programming paradigm. This position is located at the heart of one of the world's foremost technical hubs - Cambridge MA at the Microsoft New England Regional Development facility.

Qualifications:
5+ years experience in GUI development and data visualization
3 years experience in development of test automation and test automation frameworks
BS or MS in Computer science or related degree.
Proven ability to design, document and test own work and interface with other teams
Working knowledge of one or more .NET languages and of a high level language for scientific applications (e.g. M, Python)
Familiarity with Visual Studio
Experience with numerical methods and/or parallel computing is a plus..
