343 Industries is looking for a strong game developer focusing on asset pipelines and experience working with external partners. Work on one of the most exciting and creative intellectual properties in the industry; we are gathering an incredible team to help drive the future of Halo.


The publishing side of 343i has the challenging task of ensuring our external partners are able to turn world class games into industry movers. A strong candidate will be able to support external partners using a mature pipeline, drive new techniques and algorithms, take a lead on performance tuning issues and bringing passion and new ideas to the table. They will also be approachable and able to work with closely with artists and designers to understand requirements and solve problems.


Primary responsibilities:

Able to get up to speed quickly on existing codebase already in production

Be perceived as a strong authority on Xbox 360 related issues


A qualified candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Recently shipped a AAA Xbox 360 title

Solid C++ design/coding/debugging skills - 5 years

Solid 3D math skills (Linear algebra and Trig.)

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Able to maintain strong focus and consistently drive for top quality results
