Test Architect - Xbox LIVE / XNA Publishing Platform Job

We are building the industry's most advanced game publishing platform and need your help!
The XNA Publishing Platform team is the team which created XNA Creators Club Online and Xbox LIVE Indie games, which allows developers to submit and sell their own games to members of the Xbox LIVE community. Our charter is broadening to include developing a platform to centralize all the game submission, certification and publishing services for all games and games-related content for the Xbox 360, and Games for Windows LIVE.
As the test architect for the XNA Publishing Platform team, we want you to ensure that we are identifying, building, and signing off against the right problems and solutions to meet our customers' needs. This will require significant participation across our E&D business partners and internal engineering teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide critical input into team strategy, priorities, design, risk tradeoffs, team execution and team processes
- Drive cross team partnerships (beyond the test discipline) to facilitate win-win collaborations
- Promote best engineering practices across dev, test, and PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of testing experience, and a proven track record shipping quality software
Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for testing and driving quality upstream, including ability to describe test approaches that address end-to-end scenarios
Solid foundation in test methodologies and automation strategies, rooted in returning maximum product stability, maintainability, and return on investment
Expertise in a few of the following areas: web services, SOA, large-scale enterprise applications, C#, SQL, Silverlight, and web technologies like AJAX, JavaScript and ASP.NET
A BA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
