Would you like to work on the MGS Incubation Team? We've recently assembled a small but elite group of developers and designers who are responsible for incubating what will be the next big thing in gaming. This is an excellent opportunity to have a strong influence on the future games developed in MGS while working in a start-up like environment.

For this position, we're looking for an engineer who can lead some of our internal development projects in addition to our projects developed by external partners. There is a strong emphasis on prototyping new games and working extremely closely with our design team.

Minimal requirements:
5+ years game development experience
Must have shipped at least 2 AAA game titles
Must have experience directing a team of developers
Passion for games, game development and game design

An exceptional candidate will have:
Experience with gameplay development
Experience with multiple game development platforms
Experience working with external partners
Familiarity with web technologies
