This job requires strong multi domain technical acumen as well as excellent cross group collaboration skills and proactive approach:
SW Architecture: Lead SW architecture including working with Dev teams leader and architects to achieve optimal balance of capabilities, performance, cost and reusability with focus on building robust, scalable systems while supporting integration of partners into our products
System End to End Architecture: Be responsible to transpose the telecom and online services requirements into design of components, mapped to servers and network elements
Make the call: Choosing architecture approach and components in and out Microsoft and driving adoption with the dev teams.
Dedication: Strong can do approach.
Investigation: Guide the team to consistency and creativity throughout the software development lifecycle and evaluate choose between alternatives for new ideas/methods/protocols.

Job Requirements:

BSC or MSC in Software / Computer/ Communication Eng or BA in Computer Science.
in-depth, hands-on knowledge and strong technical computer science background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full life cycle of software development.
At least 3 years of experience in leading System/SW architecture groups.
At least 5 years of experience in leading R&D of applications for the mobile/ internet domain.
Substantial experience in Software development environment and tools for requirements setting, design, and impact analysis.
Responsibility for the 'big picture' of the software project and taking an active role during project design and assimilation.
Substantial knowledge of the software, hardware, and operations environments of Telco carriers and the products, technologies and protocols they use
Intensive knowledge with non functional system aspects as security, defense from service
disruption attacks, and operation/business supporting systems interworking.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to cross guide Dev teams to consistency and creativity throughout the software development lifecycle.
Must be able to clearly establish and communicate a detailed System & SW architecture, direction, and highly technical concepts to a varying audiences including Senior Management, PMs, Dev leads, Architects, SW engineering and partners.
Decisive to drive critical decisions, solve the toughest problems and strong desire to tackle challenging and unknown areas.
Ability to determine which components to build or buy, and then lead the building or buying across groups.
Ability to provide estimates of high level development effort at all stages of the development life-cycle.
Ability to lead deep technical discussions with partners and customers.
