As a Senior Program Manager you will own a significant feature of this vision and be responsible for driving a local development team for full delivery, and communication with the Redmond team on strategy and progress. The job allows for a flexible work approach to ensure good work/life balance.
Within the System Center family, our team is actively building the next generation of Windows management capabilities. We are looking for a program manager that has a good understanding of the corporate enterprise space and has a history of shipping great software. You should be comfortable with large, complex systems involving tens or hundreds of thousands of interacting computers, highly available 24 x 7 operations, and with the needs of IT Pros. In this job you will be responsible for working with many different product groups in helping define the all-up Microsoft strategy for the enterprise client, and in doing so will manage complex technical issues and dependencies.
Candidates should have a proven track record in developing and shipping software, delivering on objectives that require cross-group coordination, strong written / verbal communication, and a passion for customers and driving customer feedback into a product. BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
