Our Search Technology Center in London maintains a friendly and informal culture. Working in cross-disciplinary teams, each team collaborating on a specific search feature, we strongly encourage interaction, the exchange of ideas and—key item—having fun. We work hard but the hours are flexible; nice for those of us who commute from the countryside. Of course, many of us live close to work, which is located in Victoria, in central London.
