Candidates must be able to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently, make decisions independently, and have excellent organization skills. The candidate will have a passion for listening to the customer, for delivering quality, and will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with a broad, diverse set of stakeholders across the business, Finance and IT.<br/><br/>Qualifications<br/>The ideal candidate will have a minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in IT, solution management, business consulting, project management, or product management in a technical environment. Previous Retail Supply Chain Technology or Retail Finance experience is highly desired. ERP, MBA, Six Sigma, SDLC and/or business application development, implementation, or consulting experience is a positive.<br/><br/>The candidate must possess a strong understanding of business process excellence, have worked in high-profile situations, and be comfortable working with a wide spectrum of global customers/partners under tight timelines. Excellent analytical and organizational skills required. Strong written/oral communications skills required. Excellent cross-organizational and project management skills required.<br/><br/>A BA/BS Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related business discipline or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
